Flow Points

A visit that keeps giving.

Flow Points for a visit are awarded once it is completed and paid for — not when it is booked.

How you earn

Earn 100 Points per completed, fully paid service visit.
Complete your first 3 qualifying visits to receive an extra 100 Points.
Visits paid with Flow Energy, gift cards, and recorded cash qualify. Discounts can be combined.
Cancelled, refunded, free, and admin test visits do not qualify. Buying credit does not earn points.
Points are available after completion. Refunded visits reverse their points and may reverse the milestone bonus.

How you use them

500 Points are worth $25 off eligible items.
Flow Points keep the value they were earned with — if the rate changes later, it applies only to Points earned afterwards.
Flow Points can be redeemed on all services.
Flow Points never apply to tax, tips, fees, gift cards or Flow Energy top-ups.
Redeem from $25 of Points at a time.
Points are redeemed in steps of $25.
Points can cover up to 100% of the eligible part of an order.
Flow Points don’t expire.

Flow Points and Flow Energy can be used together on the same order.
Flow Points can be redeemed on an order with a promo code.
Flow Points can’t be redeemed on a Journey purchase, a booking covered by a Journey session, a membership purchase, an order paid partly with Flow Credit and an order with a referral reward.
Flow Energy can pay for an order with a promo code, a Journey purchase, a booking covered by a Journey session, a membership purchase, an order paid partly with Flow Credit and an order with a referral reward.
What you pay yourself still earns Points on an order with a promo code and a booking covered by a Journey session.
No Points are earned on a Journey purchase, a membership purchase, an order paid partly with Flow Credit and an order with a referral reward.
