Understand our approach, find your way around Academy, and choose your next step.
A free, reading-based introduction for new Academy members. Four short lessons introduce the re : FLOW philosophy, basic bodywork terminology, comfort and consent, and your learning community. No previous experience is required. Allow about 15 minutes, including reflection. This introduction records learning progress; it does not assess practical skills or award a professional qualification.
