Your appointment reserves a therapist's hands and a room held just for you. These terms keep that time fair — for you, for us, and for the client who would have loved your slot.

Cancelling
Plans change — we understand. Cancel up to 24 hours before your appointment and there’s no charge at all: any payment or deposit is refunded in full to your original payment method.
Inside that window, your therapist’s time is already set aside and the slot is nearly impossible to refill, so a late cancellation carries a fee of 50% of the service price. If you simply don’t arrive, the no-show fee is 100% of the service price.

Rescheduling
Rather move your session than lose it? We’d rather that too. Reschedule yourself from your account free of charge up to 24 hours before your start time, up to twice per appointment.
Closer to your appointment than that, or already used your reschedules? Call or email us — a human can often find a way where the button can’t.
Booking payments & holds
Your service’s payment terms are shown before you confirm. The amount paid at booking is applied to your session total and follows the cancellation terms above. When full payment is required, there is no remaining session balance at your visit; any partial deposit and remaining balance are shown at checkout.
While you complete checkout, your chosen time is held exclusively for you for 15 minutes. If payment isn’t completed in that time, the slot is quietly released for someone else.
Gift cards & packages
Gift cards never expire. Whenever you or your recipient are ready, the value is waiting. Package sessions follow the validity window stated when you purchase; individual package appointments follow the same cancellation and reschedule terms on this page. Full details live in our terms of service.
